At Richmond eBike, we don’t just sell e-bikes — we design, test, and refine our own line of Thunder Electric Bikes right here in Richmond, BC. Why? Because our customers deserve more than generic, cookie-cutter bikes from a big-box catalog.

Thunder is built from the ground up with local feedback, real-world testing, and a commitment to quality that’s personal to us.

🧠 Why We Created Thunder

When we first opened Richmond eBike, we sold multiple brands — and we quickly saw the gap between what was available and what real riders in Richmond needed. Some bikes had range but poor comfort. Others were stylish but underpowered on local trails.

So we asked: What if we built something better?

Thunder was born out of that question — and a whole lot of hands-on work.
