Important service note: We service many electric bike brands and systems. However, we do not service e-bikes that use manufacturer-locked or proprietary systems such as Bosch, Yamaha, Shimano Steps, Brose, or brand-restricted dealer-only platforms.

Recommended every 1,500 km to maintain ride quality and safety.

Comprehensive Service — $285

Recommended every 3,000 km for optimal performance and longevity.

  • Everything in the Basic Tune-Up
  • Cable replacement
  • Brake pad replacement (pads not included)

  • Lubrication of hubs, headset, and bottom bracket
  • Spoke tensioning
  • Test ride and final inspection

  • Bikes must be collected within 7 days of service completion. Storage fees may apply after this period.

Care & Maintenance Guidelines

Before riding, always inspect your e-bike for loose bolts, fasteners, or misaligned components. Even partially assembled bikes must be checked to ensure safe operation.

Pay special attention to:

  • Handlebars and stem
  • Pedals and crank arms
  • Wheels and axle nuts

Key Safety Checks

  • Wheels: Ensure front and rear wheels are securely installed and axle nuts are tightened.
  • Tires: Inflate to manufacturer specifications.
  • Crank arms: 30–35 Nm
  • Pedals: 35–40 Nm
  • Brakes: Apply rear brake first, then front.

We recommend performing a safety check:

  • Every 200–300 km
  • Every 2–3 months
  • Before riding after storage
