Founded by husband-and-wife team Tram Pham and Tung Nguyen, our shop is built around three things: great bikes, honest service, and deep mechanical expertise.

Richmond eBike is a family-run electric bike retailer and service center proudly serving riders across Richmond, Vancouver, and Metro Vancouver since 2014. From day one, our focus has been simple: help people ride safely, confidently, and enjoy long-term support — not just make a sale.

Unlike general bike shops, we work on electric bikes every day. Our team services hub-drive and mid-drive systems, including motors, controllers, displays, batteries, braking systems, and electrical components. We service all major e-bike and e-mobility brands, even if your bike wasn’t purchased from us.

With over 20 years of mechanical experience, Tung is the technical soul of Richmond eBike. From electric scooters to high-performance e-bikes, he’s seen it all — and fixed it all. Every bike that leaves our shop is thoroughly tuned by Tung for safety, smoothness, and long-term reliability. He doesn’t just work on bikes — he understands them.
