We are currently accepting a limited number of new brands for 2026.

Richmond eBike is a service-first electric bike shop based in Metro Vancouver. We work with select manufacturers and suppliers who value long-term reliability, proper service support, and real-world performance.

We are not a volume-first retailer. Every product we carry must meet our internal standards for quality, serviceability, and long-term customer satisfaction.

  • Consistent product quality and clean assembly standards
  • Reliable electrical systems (battery, controller, wiring, display)
  • Accessible replacement parts and technical support
  • Transparent specifications — no inflated performance claims
  • Serviceable in a real shop environment (not sealed / restricted systems)
  • Reasonable warranty structure with responsive support
  • Compliance with Canadian e-bike requirements where applicable

What We Are Looking For

  • Brands seeking a dealer in Vancouver / Richmond / Lower Mainland
  • Manufacturers that support long-term service, not just initial sales
  • Suppliers with stable inventory and real parts availability

We do not accept every supplier inquiry.

We are generally not interested in low-quality private label products, unclear warranty structures, inflated specifications, or brands without reliable parts availability.

We prioritize brands that support independent service shops. Closed or proprietary systems without proper support will not be considered.

If a product cannot be properly serviced after sale, we will not carry it.

Due to volume, we may only respond to applications that align with our standards.
