1. Brand new Electric bike: 1-year on the lithium battery, controller, charger, frame, electrical system, mechanical parts; and 2-year on the motor.
  2. Brand new Electric scooter: 6-month on Lead Acid battery; 1-year on a Lithium battery, controller, charger, electrical system, mechanical parts; and 2-year on the motor.
  3. Used Electric bike*: 6-month on the Lithium battery
  4. Used Electric scooter*: 3-month on the Lead Acid; 6-month on the Lithium battery

*Depends on the model, restrictions applied. Wear and tear like tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, seat, handle grips, keys, gears system, etc... are not included.
- Any defect parts/ products will be covered by Richmond E-bike at no cost on the replacement and labor. Pick up – Delivery – Shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
- The customer will lose all the warranties if there any modification on the products that are not done by Richmond E-bike.

You can return purchases in-store or mail it back to us following the step-by-step instructions below.

Regular-Priced Merchandise

  • Within 24-hours of the received date: you can exchange your item or receive a refund* to the original method of payment.
  • After 24-hours: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. The products will be considered at used/ buy-back or trade-in value.
Sale Merchandise
  • Sorry, no refunds/ exchanges for sale or discounted items.

Refund & Exchange Details

- For all returns or exchanges, items must in brand new condition, must not be driven for more than 20km, must not be dirty or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt.
- 15% re-stocking fee applied.
How to Request a Return

  1. Please give us an email at with your invoice/ order number, your information and the reasons for the return.
  2. You’ll soon receive an email with your Return Number.
*In-store Return: Bring everything back to our shop within 24-hours. We will inspect it and process the refund.
*Online Return:
  1. Pack the products back into the box exactly the way you received it. Secure the box to prevent any damage from shipping.
  2. Book your own carrier or we can help to get the carrier to come and pick it up. Make sure the package is ready to go.
  3. Buyers pay the return fee.

When your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.
Online Return Refund & Processing

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via with all the fees deducted.
All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.
