Drove to Vancouver at the end of February and bought 2 Thunder Step-thru folding bikes which easily folded to fit two in the back of our VW Tiguan without having to lower the rear seats. Great service on delivery and the bikes have totally met our needs. Being over 70 years old, the step-thru design has made getting on and off very easy. We have now had the bikes for three months and have enjoyed riding the trails in the North Okanagan.

The Okanagan Rail Trail between Kelowna and Vernon is a favourite ride on any section of the trail. The foreshore trail in Salmon Arm is also a great ride. The pictures are from our most recent ride near Kekuli Bay south of Vernon.

Very happy with the design and quality of the bikes which were set up perfectly before delivery.

Best place in lower mainland!

I bought an step through from richmond Ebike july 6 2022
and it was the best experience Ive had at there store they are very knowledeable and really know there bikes.
I was shopping around lots of Ebike store and was not finding what i wanted.The bikes where in boxes and you have to put them together just lots of head ache before I found this store. Everthing you want right when you walk in the door the bikes are all asmembled you dont need to do anything just test drive the one you like and just like that you ready to ride.
Ive been riding my step through for 4 weeks now and have put on 1094km on it and couple of ajustment where dealt with free of charge.Tung he customized me a couple of things and Im extremly
happy with this place.
so dont hesitate Tram & Tung will take very good care of you they have the best Ebikes in the lower maineland.
And they also have a repaire shop and if you need custom work on bike Tung is the Man. I could go on on on im just so impress with there service and sales.

AMAZING SERVICE!

We were looking for a new e-Bike for my wife and needed service on my used e-Bike.

Richmond e-Bikes had a well equipped step through e-Bike with excellent components and at a price hundreds of dollars below comparable e-Bikes elsewhere in Greater Vancouver. The Sales Manager Tram Pham was helpful and sincere.

My used e-Bike had multiple issues and missing parts - despite not being a brand they handle, the Service Manager promptly fixed all of the issues (even borrowing components from another e-Bike in stock to save us a second trip, because we were based in Surrey a substantial drive away) and repaired my bike. All at a very reasonable price.

The next e-Bike I buy will be from these guys.
